Wendi’s commitment to Sweet Home goes far beyond real estate. She’s been actively involved as Past President of the Sweet Home High School Booster Club, a two-time President of the Santiam Board of Realtors, and the lead organizer of the Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Santiam’s annual fall auction. She currently serves on the board for Sweet Home Chamber, working to bring revitalization to the local area. Her passion for giving back is matched only by her dedication to her clients.

Brittani Albrecht has been a licensed Realtor and trusted partner on the Wendi Melcher Team since 2017. Born and raised in nearby Brownsville, Brittani brings a grounded, family-focused perspective to every client interaction. She and her husband are raising their three children in the heart of the Willamette Valley, and she understands the importance of finding a home—not just a house.
